MI for Engineering Designs and Real Estate Investment successfully executed a development project for Al Ahly Sporting Club, including the following works:
Construction of a 400-meter-long boundary wall along Hassan El Maamoun Street and El Nasr Road.
Development and preparation of the service area inside the club.
Construction of four padel courts, with complete finishing and preparation of the surrounding service facilities.
Mechanical demolition of selected existing structures.
Design and execution of construction, finishing, engineering, electrical, and mechanical works using premium materials in line with international standards.
