This project was implemented by MI Engineering, which assumed full contractual responsibility with the National Food Safety Authority to organize the World Food Safety Day conference, from the initial design phase through to full planning and implementation. The conference was held on July 15, 2023, at the InterContinental Citystars Hotel in Cairo, Egypt.
The MI Engineering team managed and executed several key organizational and technical aspects of the conference.
The conference featured high-level participation from heads of food safety authorities and ministries from various countries, bringing together prominent leaders from the food sector to discuss current challenges and exchange ideas and innovative solutions.
The event featured a diverse agenda that included keynote sessions moderated by international food safety experts, as well as interactive workshops showcasing the latest technologies and best practices. Inspiring research presentations and case studies informed discussions on improving food quality and safety.
